These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. 75db reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed automatic acceptance of the revised terms. Users must be 18 years of age or older.
When registering on 75db, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Each individual may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Identity verification will be carried out using the mobile number or email address provided at the time of registration.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party may result in your account being suspended or closed. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the 75db support team immediately. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out under their account.
While using the 75db platform, you are responsible for ensuring that your activities comply with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any action that could compromise the security or functionality of the platform is strictly prohibited. Attempting to access another user's information or account is entirely forbidden.
Any involvement in fraud, match-fixing, bot usage, multiple account creation, money laundering, or any other illegal activity will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any remaining balance. 75db reserves the right to share relevant information with the appropriate authorities when necessary.
All transactions on the 75db platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's established policies.
Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed or suspended. In cases of suspected fraud or suspicious transactions, 75db reserves the right to place a hold on any payment. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not permitted; funds may only be withdrawn to the account holder's own registered account.

All content, designs, logos, software, and information displayed on the 75db platform are the intellectual property of 75db. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or use any content for commercial purposes. Unauthorized reuse of any part of the platform may result in legal action.
75db shall not be directly liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, third-party payment gateway issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control. That said, 75db is always committed to resolving user concerns. Any financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made independently by the user are solely the user's own responsibility.
75db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or deceptive activity, registration with false information, creation of multiple accounts, or involvement in any unlawful activity. Whether any remaining balance is refunded upon account closure will be determined based on the circumstances.
75db reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. 75db bears no responsibility for third-party links or services, which are governed by their own terms. The interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
